The Project
Q-Pets, a leading pet retailer in Hong Kong since 1996, has long been known for delivering exceptional shopping experiences and comprehensive pet care. However, with the emergence of numerous new pet brands and stores, Q-Pets' visual identity and brand story have become outdated and less competitive. Recognizing the deep bond Hong Kong residents share with their pets and their willingness to invest significantly in their care, Q-Pets entrusted us with revitalizing their brand. Our mission was to create a vibrant, cohesive identity that not only reflects the heartfelt devotion of pet parents but also reestablishes Q-Pets as a trusted and beloved destination. Through this rebranding, we aim to communicate that Q-Pets is more than just a pet store—it's a place filled with love, joy, and the neighbourhood pet store that everyone can easily get to.
