The Challenge
The world of Web3, crypto, and digital wallets is cluttered with sameness—neon gradients, abstract shapes, and AI-inspired aesthetics. But Gryfyn had a different vision. It wasn’t just another crypto wallet; it was a gateway, designed to make Web3 intuitive and accessible for everyone. The challenge was to create a brand identity that stood apart and one that wasn’t just visually distinct, but conceptually meaningful.
The Approach
Rather than following the trends, the branding leaned into something more fundamental: how humans have always learned and explored the unknown. From the earliest cave paintings to modern iconography, symbols have been our way of making sense of new worlds. Gryfyn embraced this universal language, using iconography as the foundation of its visual identity. The brand wasn’t just about technology, it was about discovery, curiosity, and the excitement of stepping into a new world.
The Result
By building a visual language rooted in curiosity, Gryfyn stood out right away. The brand launched as the title sponsor of the Gran Premio Gryfyn di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini, introducing itself to millions of people around the world, not just as a crypto wallet, but as a new way to experience digital ownership.
